We are experiencing degraded performance for traffic from South East Asia due to multiple subsea fibre cuts. Performance has worsened following further cable impacts. We have worked to limit the impact, but with this number of cables affected, further mitigation may not be possible. Customers may experience increased latency, packet loss, or reduced throughput for services in or routed through the region. We expect partial restoration between 25 October and 4 November. Next update will be provided on status change or as information becomes available.
