<h3>Work being carried out</h3> The Ultra Fast Fibre portal will be unavailable due to a planned upgrade. This will occur from 5 pm Thursday 12th August through to 7 am, Monday 16th August. This means all Vumeda UFF provisioning activity including submissions and amendments to Service Order requests will be unavailable during this time. Service orders placed during this time will not be processed until Monday the 16th, inaccurate RFS dates may be presented. Faults and address searches will process as usual. <h3>Work being carried out</h3> As part of maintaining our data and voice infrastructure, Devoli will be performing upgrades to the voice network. MDR-XS2 will be decommissioned and POY-XS1 will be commissioned in its place. <h3>Customer impact and Mitigation:</h3> During this window, 14.1.33.68 will be unavailable for a period of up to 60 seconds. 14.1.33.67 will remain available throughout. The migration process may cause multiple disruptions to voice services during the maintenance window.
